Husband and wife team Martin and Lorraine Moore make Small Batch, Hand Crafted Spirits using a selection of 12 botanicals including Honeysuckle, the flower emblem of Warwickshire (Shakespeare’s Woodbine) and for citrus notes a scented pelargonium called “Lemon Fancy” which is sourced from a local nursery which holds the national collection and is by Royal appointment to HR The Prince of Wales.

Their Gin School Experience gives you the opportunity to take charge of one of our beautiful al-ambiq stills, choose your botanicals from our large selection and produce your very own unique bottle of gin.
